What is Ashtanga Yoga?

Ashtanga yoga is a system of yoga postures linked together in a slow rhythmic flow of breath and dynamic movements, originating from India. When practiced regularly, this practice gives vibrant health and a strong body, mind and breath awareness.

You will learn to practice a set sequence of traditional yoga postures that you can practice anytime at home.

As self-discipline is very much embedded into this practice, this system of yoga often appeal to artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, people with responsibilities, or people who already have some kind of workout routine and see self-discipline as a form of self-love.

Just as you are never too dirty to take a shower, nobody is too stiff to start practicing ashtanga yoga.
