This course is designed to give you the foundation for Ashtanga Yoga half primary series over 10 weeks. When practiced regularly, this practice gives vibrant health and a strong body, mind and breath awareness.
We do a repeat of the basic concepts during the first session, such as breathing technique, bandhas, dristi, vinyasa, and such.

Mysore style class for
This course requires previous experience in Ashtanga Yoga (either a beginners course, or minimum 6 led classes). You need to be able to start and finish the practice on your own (sun salutations and finishing sequence).
The first session has a 30 minute introduction to the Mysore style method of practice. This is not a led group class.
