The Primary Series in Detail
The Primary Series in Detail is a slow paced class, and is all about learning the proper technique for the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga, and adapting each asana and vinyasa to your unique body. We take our time so that every student can receive proper help and guidance in the practice.
Ashtanga for Beginners

This course is designed to give you the foundation for Ashtanga Yoga half primary series over 8 weeks. When practiced regularly, this practice gives vibrant health and a strong body, mind and breath awareness.
Our first session is longer, starting at 19.00, and includes an introduction to the Ashtanga Yoga Method of practice.

Led class program

Led class ashtanga yoga adjusted for a mixed group setting.
This course requires previous experience in Ashtanga Yoga (either a beginners course, o attending a few classes), or you need to be a quick learner 😄. We do a quick repeat of the basic concepts during the first session, such as breathing technique, bandhas, dristi, vinyasa, and such.
Ashtanga Mysore
Ashtanga Mysore style practice for all levels. Complete beginners start from a led class course or a beginners course.
